$29.00 for Boys’ or Girls’ 18 singles (plus $3 processing fee)
$16.50 per player for Boys’ or Girls’ doubles (plus $3 processing fee)
HIGH SCHOOL WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM
Please complete the below MCTC Release, sign it, have your parent or guardian sign it, and take the signed form with you to the MCTC tournament site you will be playing at. This form, signed by your parent or guardian and you, must be presented at onsite registration in order to participate in the event. Please use black ink and print clearly.

NON-SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT
This tournament is not sanctioned and will not count for ranking by the governing organization.
NON-USTA MEMBERS
To register online using the USTA registration site, you will need a USTA member ID number. If you are not a USTA member, you can create a free Tennislink ID. When applying for a Tennislink ID, please input the player’s personal information (not the parent’s). You will be assigned both a Team Tennis ID number and a Tournament ID number. Please input the Tournament ID number into the USTA tournament registration page.
PLAYER BAG
All High School Participants will receive a player bag at check-in along with a personalized bag tag (personalized bag tags require registration before July 16th).
PLAYER SELECTION TYPE
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
