ENTRY FEE
$75.75 per player for Mens’ or Womens’ Open Singles
$59.63 per player for Mens’, Womens’, or Mixed Open Doubles
$65.00 per player for Mens’ or Womens’ NTRP Singles
$48.88 per player for Mens’, Women’s, or Mixed NTRP Doubles

HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION  **NEW**
A non-sanctioned High School Division will take place. More information and registration details to come…

SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
There is no guarantee of that we can accommodate your scheduling request(s). Additionally, any player who enters two concurrent tournaments need written approval from both tournament directors or point penalties will be assessed. All scheduling requests must be submitted via email to scheduling@mchang.com.

PLAYER SELECTION TYPE
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

ENTRY TYPE
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 15, 2012 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
